1. Digital Products (Software & Activation Keys)
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final and non-refundable once the product key or software has been delivered.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital items.
Exceptions:
We may offer a replacement or refund only if:
- The product key is proven to be defective or not working
- The wrong product was delivered
Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of purchase and provide proof (e.g., screenshots).
2. Electronics & Physical Products
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
Valid Reasons for Return:
- Defective or damaged item
- Incorrect item received
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items not caused by us
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
4. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us first before sending any item back.

7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or delivered
- Digital orders cannot be canceled once the key or access has been sent
