1. Digital Products (Software & Activation Keys)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once the product key or software has been delivered.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital items.

Exceptions:
We may offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product key is proven to be defective or not working
  • The wrong product was delivered

Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of purchase and provide proof (e.g., screenshots).


2. Electronics & Physical Products

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item

Valid Reasons for Return:

  • Defective or damaged item
  • Incorrect item received

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us first before sending any item back.


6. Partner Products & Reward Offers

Products or services purchased through partner promotions may have separate refund policies. Please review the partner’s terms before purchasing.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or delivered
  • Digital orders cannot be canceled once the key or access has been sent
